I can see that the automated changes were made by a tool (cargo fmt) which has changed its policy.
This is fine but if this was a really busy active development project it could cause a large number of merge conflicts which would be annoying. I don't think it matters in this case.

So I have updated the rust
edition=2024and updated the cargo lock.
